Two waterspouts off Tamarack Beach in Carlsbad, CA on 11-8-1993. There were three waterspouts, but by the time I got my Hi8 video camera fired up there was only one left. This footage was on the NBC San Diego network news. This video was optimized for delivery on dialup(56kbps) internet.
